Environmental management… Every little bit helps

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact as much as possible.

MBSL is currently developing and implementing a practical Environmental Management System (EMS) for our sites.

This enables systematic development and improvement of a credible environmental management system (EMS).

An EMS is simply a planned approach to managing environmental impacts. MBSL is identifying the significant environmental impacts arising from everything we do and are developing plans to prevent or reduce those impacts.

Our current EMS includes
Water based paints where possible.
Using environmentally friendly products where possible.
Re-using products to keep them out of the waste stream where possible
Implementing controls on site waste management, such as seperating and recycling construction waste. Metal, cardboard and plastics are recycled with the assistance of our partners at WasteCo
Managing construction sites to work as efficiently as possible nd pre-planning activities
Proactively conserving energy
